Camp HoDahWe was a Boy Scout Camp near Coudersport (Potter Co.), which opened in 1929 and remained a scout camp for 12 years. This photograph of the Seneca Nation was in the possession of Harold L. German, who can be seen in the lower left corner, just behind the brave with two feathers in his headdress. The opening dedication of Camp HoDahWe is memorialized in this photo taken 13 July 1929. "HoDahWe" means "that which gives."
