Spotlight on Mifflin Township with Jim Hartman
Take a journey through Mon Valley history from the founding of Mifflin Township in 1788 and the formation of the 14 present communities of Baldwin, Clairton, Dravosburg, Duquesne, Hays, Homestead, Jefferson Hills, Lincoln Place, Munhall, Pleasant Hills, West Elizabeth, West Homestead, West Mifflin and Whitaker. Present-day activities of the Mifflin Township Historical Society will also be reviewed. See their website at www.mifflintownship.org.

The lecture is free and open to the public. Reservations not required. Just show up! There is a $5/all day fee if you choose to park at the Carnegie Museum/Library parking garage.
