Preserving Your Italian Heritage Through Artifacts

Join the Senator John Heinz History Center for a workshop on preserving your Italian heritage through family heirlooms.


Take a behind-the-scenes tour and learn best practices for handling and storing three-dimensional objects with the History Center's Curator of the Italian American Collection, Melissa Marinaro.


Explore the staff-only area of the Grace M. Compton Conversation Lab and the Italian American collections in the Sigo Falk Collections Center to gain insider knowledge about how the museum catalogs and conserves artifacts.



This "Preserving Your Italian Heritage Through Artifacts" workshop is $15, which includes admission to all History Center exhibitions, and is free for History Center members.
