Google Earth is a 360 degree 3-dimensional way to view your ancestor’s world! A video by Lisa Louise Cooke shares how she unlocked mysteries in her research – from unidentified photographs to pinpointing homesteads.
Learn how to get a new view of YOUR ancestors’ lives! Whether you want to know what to look for when you travel to your ancestral home, or can’t travel and want to experience it anyway, Google Earth has the power to geographically document your ancestor’s lives.
CCGS Members will also share some of their experiences using maps in locating ancestral information.
